Our mission is to use the game of basketball to help youth to hear and read the WORD OF GOD daily. Pray they will become DOERS of the WORD.

What We Offer
Summer Camps & Clinics
Intensive multi-day camps and skill clinics held throughout the summer. Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome — no experience needed. All sessions are completely free.
Free Basketball Workouts & Open Runs
Weekly open gym sessions, structured workouts, and open runs for all ages. Drop in, get better, grow in faith. Held at WillowCreek Fellowship Church in Plano — free every time.
Player Evaluation Workouts
Structured evaluation sessions where coaches assess each player's strengths, areas for growth, and readiness for team play. Great for players looking to make the OSNS high school squad.

The People Behind OSNS
Meet the Founders
Elton & Vida Drake founded Old School – New School Hooper's Club out of a deep love for youth and an unshakeable faith in Jesus Christ. Since 1999, they've been using basketball as a bridge to share the Gospel with young people across Plano, TX.
Elton serves as youth pastor at WillowCreek Fellowship Church — the home gym for all OSNS programs. Together, Elton and Vida have poured their lives into raising up the next generation on and off the court.
